Capital Loans
Loan applications and supporting documents or the complete “loan packet” should be submitted to the Treasury Director of SLAF at least 30 days prior to the Property & Financing Committee (PFC) meetings. The PFC has already conducted its scheduled meetings for Calendar Year 2026. Meeting dates and submission deadlines for Calendar Year 2027 are listed below. Failure to adhere to these deadlines will result loan requests being delayed until the next PFC meeting.

Equipment Loans
Short-term financing requests for office equipment (e.g. copiers) up to $50,000 require the CFO’s approval.
