Equipped for Life Academy
The Respect Life Apostolate, Office of Catholic Education and Formation, and Office of Youth Ministry are blessed to bring the Equipped for Life Academy to the high school youth of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The pro-life curriculum offers a series of online interactive lessons that promote engagement and give teens the tools they need to understand today's abortion landscape while responding thoughtfully and compassionately to their peers.
Equipped for Life, which earned the USCCB Declaration of Conformity, also moves young people through a journey of understanding on the history of abortion, the secular and religious arguments, and practical ways to foster a Culture of Life, as defined by Pope John Paul II's Gospel of Life Encyclical and wider Catholic social teaching. Interested pastors, educators, and youth ministry leaders of high schoolers within the Archdiocese of St. Louis are invited to read the materials below and contact the RLA with any questions at prolife@archstl.org or 314.792.7555. Once registered, the online curriculum is complimentary for Catholic high schools and parishes within the Archdiocese through June 30, 2027.
