ArchHR is a one-stop dashboard for Archdiocese employees to update personal contact and direct deposit information, make changes to benefits plans, and perform other Human Resources-related tasks.

What do I Need to Know about the New ArchHR Login Process?
To safeguard your personal information, including direct deposit account details, Multi-Factor Authentication is now required to log into ArchHR.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for ArchHR began rolling out to various employee groups in March 2026 and will be completed for all employees on or around April 20, 2026. If MFA has been activated for your account, you will need to follow these steps the first time you log into ArchHR:
- Before logging on, select one of three Authentication Apps: Duo Mobile, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator.
- Review and follow these step-by-step log-in instructions. If you are already set up in ArchHR and are familiar with logging in, you can skip to slide 8, βFirst Time Setting up MFA.β
